From Borrowers:

• Property and loan information
• Contact information (name, email, phone, address)
• Financial background information (bankruptcy history, foreclosure history)
• Real estate experience
• Documents you upload (appraisals, contracts, etc.)
• We do not collect SSN from borrowers via this platform

From Investors:

• Identity information (name, entity, address, DOB)
• Contact information
• Tax identification (SSN/EIN — encrypted storage)
• Financial information (banking/wire details — encrypted storage)
• Investment preferences and criteria
• Accredited investor certification
• Documents you provide (W-9, entity documents)

How We Use Your Information

• To evaluate loan inquiries and originate loans
• To present investment opportunities to investors
• To facilitate loan closings
• To service loans through Petra Loan Servicing Corp
• For tax reporting (1099-INT to investors)
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations
• To communicate with you about your loan or investment

Who We Share Your Information With

We share your information only as necessary with:

• Private investors funding your loan (borrower data)
• Borrowers (limited info per RE 851A disclosure, investors)
• Petra Loan Servicing Corp (for loan servicing)
• Fidelity National Title / escrow companies (for loan closing)
• DocuSign (for electronic signatures)
• Google (Drive storage, Gmail communication)
• Geraci Law (legal compliance)

We do not sell your personal information.

How We Protect Your Information

• Data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest
• Sensitive fields (SSN, banking data) use additional field-level encryption
• Access controls and multi-factor authentication
• SOC 2 Type II compliant platform (Base44)
• Signed Data Processing Agreements with all vendors

Data Retention

• Loan records: 7 years from loan payoff
• Investor records: 7 years from last transaction
• Borrower inquiries (unfunded): 3 years
• Audit logs: permanently retained
